    Washington County Department of Human Services sponsors WashingtonKnows, an Internet-based information and referral resource for residents and human service providers.  It was created to link people needing help or information with the organizations that might offer assistance. WashingtonKnows is free and confidential.

  • Westmoreland County Behavioral Health and Developmental Services
    Provides the opportunity for each individual to choose appropriate services and supports which promote hope, growth, recovery, quality of life and inclusion in the community.
