4th of July Picnic
The staff and families attending Your Child's Place held a celebratory 4th of July Picnic on Friday, July 2, 2010 on the facility's playground. The food was excellent and children, parents, and staff had an opportunity to share some laughs and smiles together. Special thanks to everyone that volunteered to bring in a covered dish, the macaroni and cheese was SUPERB and the kids loved the cheese curls!
Andrew Stockey Visit
Andrew Stockey, news anchor from WTAE 4 Action News, paid a visit to the children and staff at Your Child's Place on Tuesday, May 18, 2010. Jasper and all the other children attending Your Child's Place enjoyed dancing, parachute play, and some work on the "lap-top" with Andrew. Thank you so much Andrew for taking time out of your busy schedule to visit and play with us. The children love having visitors to help share in the unique experience of our cutting-edge program and services that are offered to medically-fragile children and their families living in Southwestern PA.
