Pathways Early Intervention Services
Fayette County, Pennsylvania
Pathways of SW PA Inc., formerly known as UCP of SW PA, is pleased to now become premier provider of Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in Fayette County. We are a member of the Early Intervention Providers Association of Pennsylvania (EIPA).
Early Intervention is a collection of supports and services designed to assist families with infants and toddlers (birth through age three), with special needs, to promote the development of their children. We help parents to learn the necessary tools for their child to reach their full potential, at no COST to families.
Early Interventionists provide services within the child's natural environment. This typically includes the child's home, child care center, or other community setting. This approach is intended to help the child's caregivers learn ways to support their children within their daily routines and activities.
If you have questions or concerns about the way your infant or toddler may be developing, please contact us today.
