Services for Adults
Pathways of Southwestern PA offers a variety of services to adults with disabilities. Our qualified and caring staff work with each individual to advance his/her independence.
- Adult Training Facility (ATF)
ATF is an individualized teaching and training program whose primary goal is to enable adults to live as independently as possible.
- Exceptional Choices
The Exceptional Choices program aims to assure that individuals with intellectual disabilities and their families are able to exercise choice and control in the services and support that are needed.
- Home and Community Services
Home and Community Services (H&CS) began offering services in 1994 to individuals of all ages with physical disabilities and/or other related conditions whose desire is either to remain within their community or to relocate from nursing facilities to community settings.
- Older Adult Daily Living Center
The Older Adult Daily Living Center provides day services to adults with developmental disabilities age 60 and over.
- Residential Living
The Residential Living program provides 24 hour supervised living arrangements for adult men and women who are diagnosed as mentally challenged.
- The Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Program
The Pennsylvania Elks Home Service Program is a home nursing service operated through Pathways of SW PA. A registered nurse provides services to persons who have developmental disabilities.
