Early Intervention

Early Intervention Now Available in Fayette County

Pathways of Southwestern Pennsylvania, Inc. (formerly UCP of SW PA, Inc.) has been a premier provider of Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers in Washington and Greene Counties since 1964 and 1967, respectively, and is a member of the Early Intervention Providers Association of Pennsylvania (EIPA). We are proud to announce that we have now begun taking referrals for children and their families in Uniontown and the surrounding Fayette County area.

Early Intervention is a collection of services designed to assist families with infants and toddlers (birth through age three), with special needs, to promote the development of their children. Our team of caring professionals works hand in hand with parents and caregivers to develop an Individualized Family Service Plan specifically for the child, so they reach their maximum learning potential. The best part of all is that these services are provided at no cost to qualifying families!

Related Services include Specialized Instruction, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Speech Therapy/Pathology, Vision Services, Hearing Services, and Nutrition Services. If you know of an infant or toddler in need of receiving any type of these services please contact our Uniontown office at 724-438-3547 or visit us on the web at www.pathwaysswpa.org or our Fayette County Early Intervention page.
